| User Review - Never A | Even less than the star I put
I was assured that the stylist had alot of experience in my type of haircut. He looked at pictures of me with my hair how I wanted it and proceeded to do everything I asked him not to.Told me my hair couldn't do what MY ACTUAL PICS showed it doing. Used thinning shears when specifically told not to,refused to trim my bangs when asked,etc. Being embarrassed and wanting out I paid left and my friend had his friend come and try to make my hair as even as she could. I can't remember the last time I cried over a haircut. It's been over 5 months and still not grown out enough to find someone to try to fix it. I've never had such a bad cut that I want to cry and kick the person responsible every time I look in the mirror STILL. Not sure how they are on nails But I don't recommend them to anyone for anything at all. I was very disgusted and disappointed
