| User Review - Kristin B | Very poor Manager skills
Not too sure about the spa but if its the same Manager that runs the The hair salon right across from it be set to be charged something way different then what you were told. Had my hair done at the salon in Bally's the updo was beautiful. However I was quoted over the phone two weeks ago!!! It would be $60.00 for it. When I told the manager she told me no you have to pay $75 plus 30 extra cuz the length of your hair!!!! period. When I told her there was no way I could pay that she then told me it's 60.00 for what you have already got done. Which was just a curl no wash!!!! It took mt walking out before she had me pay what I was quoted $60.00 learn customer service!!!She was very rude and I will never be back!!!! I suggest you go somewhere else!!!!!
