New to the area. I looked on Redken website for a salon ; Roca was listed. I called them and the receptionist questioned "who referred you" I replied no one you were on the website. At that, the receptionist curtly replies "we are only taking referrals at this time" and then she hung up on me. I cannot believe the poor customer service especially in this bad economy. Taking my business --and my money---elsewhere ( where it is appreciated).
