Cenneth McDonald, owner and only hairdresser, needs lessons in how to listen to the customer and how to cut hair. I loved my cut from a different hairdresser who was ill for an extended period. I has been forwarned that "He can't cut hair." I wanted the same cut; however, Cenneth ignored me and gave me the worse haircut I've ever had. It will take years to grow out. My hair is long and he cut short layers into my hair as short as eye length, very blunt, crude, and crooked. My girlfriend told me her 6-yr old could have given me the same hair cut - for free. After a year, my hair is still sticking out all over - embarrassing. He also doesn't know how to style hair - horrible. I cried for months. He also bores you with his "arrogance and Know It All Attitude." His wife, who runs the desk is rude and a cold fish. They both treat you as though "You work for them" and need lessons on "Who the Customer Is."

I have been letting my hair and hair issues being taking care by Cenneth for more than ten years...also my companion Carlos would not let anybody else but him cut his hair.Cenneth provides us with the right hair cut and also gives us good counseling on how to keep our hair vibrant and healthy, due to his sensible expertise and experience....the products he uses and sells are excellent and complement the kind of thinking that goes on caring for your look and yourself.
