Got a fungus after one new set and 3 rebases. No nail buffing on acrylic fill so deep ridges showed after my nails were polished, nail backs peeled and polish came off after three days. Compared to other places, the charges were high. When I called Vivi to tell her, she told me my nails were old (<3 rebases) and it was my fault! I won't go back.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO VIVI FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS .. SHE IS VERY PROFESIONAL- VERY FRIENDLY- DOES EXCACTLY WHAT I WANT... I CHANGE WHAT I WANT A LOT NEVER DOES SHE GET ANGRY SHE LAUGH'S AND DOES ALWAYS WHAT I WANT!!!!! IN FACT EVERY ONE IN THE SALON IS FRIENDLY... I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A FUNGUS!!!! I LOVE GOING THERE AND PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS ASKING WHERE I GET MY NAILS DONE !!!!!! I TELL THEM THE BEST PLACE IN ALBUQUERQUE...VIVI'S NAIL'S!!!!!! THANKS FOE LETTING ME RAVE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE..... JEAN....

I love ViVi nails, vivi did my nails for many years and I always received compliments on my nails!!! I moved out of state and have never been able to find a nail person like ViVi who could do long nails .
So I guarantee when I go back to Albuquerque N.M she will be my first stop!!!!

I went to vivi's after hearing how they are affordable. The people were rude and were more into the football game then actually helping customers. They guy that did my nails asked what i wanted done. I simply said acrylic nails just plain white tips. Next thing i know hes painting my nails, i corrected him and he seemed bugged. It went down hill from there. He made me bleed pretty bad with the electric file, when i left you could see my own nail under the acrylics (he didnt trim my nails first and glued white tip to far up). Less then a week later the were cracking and peeling up at the base. I also had started to notice about 3 days after going there i had a strange black stripe on my thumb nail. I removed the acrylic nail and went to the pharmacy sure enough i got a fungus!!! Horrible experience! I will never go again and i dont recommend them to anyone!

I did alot of research and read alot of review befor heading out to try to find That great Nail Salon. This is it.. Vivi's is wonderful. you may have to wait a little bit but your number one once your being served. I have never seen the type of specialty nail art that is done at this Salon before. I can't wait to get my art done for the Holidays. My nails are wonderful the experience is wonderful and I am now a returning cutomer to Vivi's Nails. It is hard enough to move to a new state then to find a place to get nails and hair done. I am glad I did my research and visited Vivi's

Vivi's offers unique nail art that no other salon in Albuquerque offers that I know of. People travel miles just to have their nails done there, which is a good sign for them as there is a nail salon on every corner of this city!
