I have been getting my rosacea treatments from the professionals here at Eternal Youth Med Spa and I couldn't be more pleased. They have helped gain control of a serious and embarrassing problem on my face that I have had for most of my life. Vicky, who is the owner has been instrumental in making sure that I get this under control by guiding me towards the right products and best facial treatments to cool and hydrate my face. It takes work but she has always placed me and her other clients that I know as #1 at her spa.

I visited for fungus removal and was seen by the nurse. She was very friendly and helped me understand the treatments. I liked the spa because it was very welcoming and I was able to afford the treatments because of their payment plan they offered me.

I came in for a consultation on laser hair removal and fillers. The entire place was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and nice throughout the visit. Since I have darker skin the tech did a "patch test" to determine if I was a candidate for hair removal. I also received fillers in my lips, which I very much enjoyed. I will be back.

I just recently visited Eternal Youth Medical Spa from California. It was recommended to me by friends that live here in Albuquerque. When I came in I was greeted with a smile, the staff was very knowledgably and friendly. The nurse recommended that I considered Voluma and botox injections to provide me with a younger, softer look. I took the advice and received the treatments she thought was the best. I was extremely happy with my results. The prices were fair and I will be coming back when I visit Albuquerque next time. I would highly recommend this medical spa to anyone.

I had a similar situation to some of the others here. First, the "up-sell" is hard (I had a coupon). They double teamed me to pressure me to get more botox done by acting so shocked at how terrible I looked. I was told I would need 3X the amount I've ever received (in one spot) to make any changes. Their pressure worked and I decided on adding a bit more than originally planned and then it didn't work. They wouldn't do anything about it, saying they told me I needed the mega dose originally. I suspect they use old product. You get what you pay for. I learned my lesson.

I recently tried to use a Groupon for eyelash extensions and she refused to honor the promotional value even before the expiration date. According to her recording and her website pricing, I would have to pay another $150 for the extensions. A person who does not honor her commitments is not someone you want to do business with. Especially in a spa environment. If she cuts corners on promises/contracts because she finds it inconvenient just think what kind of corners she could be cutting on cleanliness, hygiene or the quality of products used. Do you want a person like this touching your eye, injecting you with Botox? Getting in touch with her was also problematic as she never answers her phone. It is best to look elsewhere for your beauty needs. If you don t believe me then believe Groupon. They agreed with me and refunded my money for her breach of contract. Go to a spa that values you and pampers you... not Therapeutic Touch.

to sell you more services. It is like going to a used car
lot without the used cars! They could not even call me by
the correct name, but always smile with the fake smile
that they all have. Never Again.

I have had treatments done at this spa but my phone calls always take 2-3 weeks to be returned. The treatments sound like great deals but their Botox lasted only 2 weeks! When I attempted to ask about further treatment to obtain actual reasonable results they said I would have to pay for another full treatment and then threatened to SUE me after I wrote a 100% true post! It was only my intention to help other women and to prevent additional customers from being taken advantage of. Please be very careful with this business there are plenty of reputable honest spas in ABQ.

Like the other reviewers, it took several calls, weeks and multiple visits to get the services I paid for with a group on. They tried to get me to buy more services before I had even tried anything, and the owner got very angry when I didn't buy more. The tray where they keep the gels and lotions was dirty, with spilled product all over and lots of dried goop on the bottles themselves. The tech was skilled but rushed, and only did a partial job.
In retrospect I should have checked the BBB website before buying, and you should too. In response to BBB complaints, they claim to have a Doctor providing services - the only Doctor I saw was the owner - who is a Doctor of Education - not medicine. Sketchy. They also hit you up for taxes and tips, which I have not experienced with any other group on offer

The fact that I am leaving a negative review before even having gone in for an appointment should say something. I purchased a Groupon with a one year life-span and so far I have called 12 times and left six messages without reaching an actual human or receiving a call back. I will use my Groupon, since I already paid for it, but they'll certainly receive no further business from me.

Be prepared to wait...wait for them to return your call and wait to be seen when you arrive for an appointment. I made several attempts to schedule appointments and left several messages which were never returned. Each time I visited, I waited close to 30 minutes before I was served. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, but it isn't enough to compensate for the bad customer services. I also think you can find similar services for a better price. I would not recommend this business.

I absolutely can not believe that this place is in business. I had to call 3 times and leave messages within a weeks period of time...the last time I called I actually got a live person and then 3 hours later someone returned my call ???? Finally made the appointment only to be called that morning to reschedule for the next day. Arrived and had to wait over 30 minutes. The forms that they require you to sign was not legible (copy/crooked/faded) and refused to sign them unless I could get one that I could read. The person doing the laser removal wore work out clothes and a baseball cap. The laser removal treatment only singed the hair (I've previously gone to Ideal Image and understand how it works). Leaving to make an appt for the next month, their computers were down and couldn't make the appt. I've called twice in 2 days still without a call back. I called a third time today and finally got a live person on the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!
