I went to Jay for a color touch up and he ended up chopping my hair off (I didn't want it cut) and then a couple of days later my hair started BREAKING off at the roots. Now I have breakage everywhere and it will take at least a YEAR to grow it out. DON'T GO HERE!!!! I am a cautionary tale! NO STARS here.
