    Amazing Instructors!
    I have tried the yoga, zumba, bellydance, bands on bar, and pilates classes already at Movement Journeys and was extremely impressed. All the teachers are very talented in their abilities to break down the movements and create a fun and challenging workout. I love that you are able to take a wide variety of classes and receive all the benefits of cross-training. There is such a great selection to choose from, and I can't wait to try more classes! I highly recommend this studio.
