They always honor my appointment. I'm pretty sure they have lots of business, but I've never have to wait. I've switched hairdressers twice because both times my old hairdresser had medical issues, and each time I stayed at Creative Expressions and was pleased with my new hairdresser. One of them told me that her boss taught her a lot and that the place was under good management. My current hairdresser, Carolyn, always does a great job and we developed a great relationship within three appointments! The prices are pretty much average for any privately-owned salon. Overall, everyone there is very kind and professional, and all three hairdressers I've had are very talented.
