This is an amazing salon with an amazing staff. I have been going here for years and have referred all my friends who also have had wonderful experiences. The owner is totally focused on the happiness of her customers. I can't say enough about what a wonderful salon this is. I highly recommend.

Renaissance Salon, I must say I've lived in HIllsborough all my life and have had my hair done by many of Salons, Renaissance is by far the best hair salon I've ever been to. The owner is very pleasant and she always goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy, whether she needs to come in on her days off or bstay late or squeeze someone in at last min. Also the staff is very professional and makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is very comnforting and warm. If you havent already made a trip to this wonderful salon, you are missing out.

I have been going to Renaissance for years, and have been nothing but extremely satisfied with every service. Jen has been my stylist for over 10 years, and I think she is amazing and extremely talented. The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this salon.

I've been going here a while, but to be honest, have only been moderately satisfied. I think the facial/waxing services are decent but I find as far as my haircuts that I have to "clean up" whatever was missed. Many times my hair looks uneven in certain spots and/or doesn't fall right. I think Jen cuts very quickly and doesn't look at the end result. I don't get a mirror put in front of me so I can see the back either. I also think they need more seating in the waiting area. I basically go here for the price and convenient location, but not that impressed.

I have been going to this salon for many years. The owner, Jen, is absolutely outstanding!!! Her work is amazing and she has the personality to go with it. She cannot do enough for her customers, and her staff is excellent. I would recommend this salon highly. Hillsborough is very lucky to have his quality in their town. To say anything negative about this salon would be a travesty!!

I was a customer of this salon for two years. The owner is a very nasty woman. She is the first person that you see when you walk in. She makes you feel very uncomfortable. Plenty of gossip in this shop. Customers walkout and no sooner are they talking about them. Makes you wonder what is being said when you walk out. Two stylists that are good. Jen and Danielle are poor at best. It is a shame, love to see a local business do well.

I have my hair colored, highlighted and straightened (Keratin Complex)at the salon. The service is exceptional, the products they use are healthy for my hair, and the staff is friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend the salon
