Not recommending this Spa.....I had a gift certificate given to me from my children and I called to check if it was ok to use my appointment on the weekends and they said yes. I arrived today at 1100 am for my appointment only to find out that I had to pay an additional fee. The money was not the problem, I had driven 30 minutes and was not aware of this since I had called last week. The receptionist called the owner and he would not wave the fee! Poor customer service! I will not return to the Luxe Spa!
I have been going there for years and always make an additional purchase of either a lotion, scarf and or jewelry. I am extremely disappointed.

Great little spot. Good value and a calm, soothing atmosphere. Wont' go anywhere else.

I scheduled an appointment for a second time massage requesting deep tissue massage with massuse from first visit. Some mix-up, front desk not sure of my name and wait time 15 minutes past appointment with no apology. Then had to remind front desk that I had requested a certain person. As it turned out, I got a good massage but it was swedish and not deep tissue as the appointment was made for. Hope they get more consistent since the prices are great and the one person (Jeanette)I have seen is great.
