I am a long tome client and am sad to say I will be changing salons. My last few appointments were disasters. My manicurist called out and they never called me, and today they had no record of my appointment. They double book often, mischarge, book you with the wrong operator. The business is going downhill fast;many longtime employees have left. Find another salon!
