I always have the owner do my hair, and I have no complaints, she does what I ask, is very professional and it always comes out wonderful.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. The first time I went to this place it was a walk in. I was told they only accepted appointment's only, but they still serviced me. I loved the haircut! It was the first time that I actually got my haircut exactly how I wanted. The price was a little high, but I didn't mind paying it since they did such a great job. After 6 months I was due for another haircut. I made an appointment for 10:00 am. I arrived 15 min early since the place was supposed to be open by 9:30. I waited 1hr and 45 minutes, I called four times the place never opened. It's a shame because they know how to cut and style hair, but they have horrible customer service. I never had this happen to me; I missed a day of work and wasted my time. If you are considering to go to this place I would suggest calling the day before your appointment to make sure this does not happen to you.
