I went in today to get a simple manicure and the "technician" completely cut apart my cuticles! I was bleeding from several nails and when I pointed it out, she brushed it aside and tried to wipe the BLOOD from my fingers with her BARE HANDS. Very unprofessional and gross. I refused to let her finish my nails because all I wanted to do was leave. She then made me sit down so she could "finish the manicure" and told me I was going to be charged the 15 dollars anyway for her service. They are pushy and rude. I could not believe she was that rude to me and that she completely ignored the fact that I was bleeding and it was her fault!
