I have done 13 years of therapy for compacted trauma and various other heavy times of grief; and Michelle, in our first session, hit on significant main points and areas of sophisticated healing that were accomplished in therapy. The holistic techniques she uses are something everyone can benefit from, not just a recovered trauma victim. I have slept better and have had more energy, along with the validation that healing is possible.

There is something amazing about bio-energetic synchronization technique (B.E.S.T.) and related work this practitioner does. I am seeing Michelle on a regular basis, and my sessions are an excellent compliment to the acupuncture I receive. I am confident my sessions are improving my overall health and wellbeing, and the whole experience is peaceful and insightful. I highly recommend Michelle to others!
