I have been going to Preference for over 12 years now. I DO NOT BELIEVE one of these negative reviews. Miranda and Missy are two of the sweetest girls I have ever met. Never have I ever headr any employee there gossip about another customer. Both receptionists are extremely nice especially the "red hair" one. My entire family are customers that would say the same.

I have been going to Preference for 15 years. I won't believe any of this ever took place. Missy is a doll and goes out of her way to help all of her customers and there is absolutely not a chance she would ever say she was too busy to fix a mistake. Like any business they are not perfect, but I have never left there unhappy or heard anyone gossip about other customers. Also I live in Bedford and have never heard a negative thing about the establishment, in fact it came highly recommended when I moved to town. Erin has done my nails numerous times and was chatty and friendly and my nails were just fine. If you are going to give a review, be honest. These girls are trying to make a living and your pettyness could cost them clients and money to live on. I am there every 3 weeks so I'm sure I would hear and see negative things if there were truly going on. I highly recommend Preference!

| User Review - anonymous A | Rude receptionists...gossiping staff and inexperienced stylists..DO NOT GO THERE.
I went there and I am warning anyone that is thinking about trying out the salon for the first time. Be prepared to be greeted by a rude receptionist, wait atleast a half hour and listen to the other stylists gossip while hanging at the front. The get your hair done as if it came out of the 80's by Miranda and pay way too much. I walked out the door with product still in my hair and I will never go back. I was supposed to have my nails done by a woman named Erin but she ran too late and i had to have my hair rinsed so it was too late.

I dont know who hired the receptionist but i came there late July and was mortified. She was so rude and inappropriate. I have been there many times and I stopped going. I would rather spend my money somewhere else at another salon and it is not worth it. I was seeing Missy for anyone that is looking for a new salon and whom not to see..not that I would recommend this to anyone.

I was seen by a girl named Erin Fennely. First of all she took me 20 min late. She completely screwed up my hair color and still charged me full price, after I sat there for a couple hours while she tried fixing it. She was extremely rude and she turned my hair pink. She had no clue on what she was doing and I was mortified. I will never come back there again.
