Bought a Daily Deal for the Velvet Chair for $60.00 worth of salon services. When I went for my appointment, I was told a pedicure & facial services were not part of the salon services. They refused the voucher and were quite rude about this. The owner was the one who rejected the voucher. In Omaha there are many beauty salons where one could go and I suggest they go where they are treated with the
customer service they expect. This particular owner was the rudest person I have met since I moved here. Daily Deal did the right thing by crediting my account. Now that is service.
