    The best salon for Dominican Blowouts
    I LOVE Luvia! It's been a few weeks but I have to say what a great job she did on my hair! I walked in as Don King but walked out as Regina King. I'm transitioning from a relaxer but you would never know it. Luvia did a BEAUTIFUL job. And she didn't try to talk me into getting a relaxer! Perfecto!
