They push products as they get them in. Pushing the most expensive. Also, they do not recall the same haircut you want. They get you different everytime, even if you just learned a new style that suits yourself, which is what you like. Cannot remember how they cut your hair the 1st, 2nd and etc times. Plus, cannot get the colors right each time. Its always something different!!! I hated that! Dont want to remember is what it seems. Very sad!
