Freida has excellent knowledge of the muscles, tendons and ligaments. She knows exactly what to do to relieve the pain. I always feel better the following day and really look forward to the massages. High recommend

Wow. I was in terrible pain and my doctor recommended massage therapy. I went to the staff at Body Maintenance and they not only assisted me with the pain, my headaches have stopped. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Best massage I've ever had (and I've had many!). It's such a great value too- they don't subtract time from your massage for dressing/undressing, and all massage types cost the same low price. They even do complimentary hot towels.
Freida has the best deep-tissue technique around. I'm counting the days until my next visit!!!!

I experienced an incredible deep tissue massage at Body Maintenance. The massage was the most inexpensive I've ever received, but one of the best in terms of quality!! The massage therapists are very warm, friendly, professional, and talented! My massage therapist asked for feedback and made sure I was enjoying the experience. She really worked out some tough knots in my neck and back. Body Maintenance is also conveniently located. Definitely recommended!!
