| User Review - gloria H | New Management UNIQU Joseph and Angie are a nightmare
I went to the salon for a YUKO permanent hair straightening treatment. I was uninformed that Angie was not a trained YUKO stylist until the process was started. Angie under-processed and under-ironed my hair. It was still slightly curly after the treatment. Joseph offered to redo the YUKO and I would gladly accept his offer however with a trained stylist unfortunately Angie is the only stylist there and she is inexperienced in YUKO. Joseph refused to refund my $280 and said I insulted his wife, Angie, by stating she was inexperienced and I should go back to California and get the YUKO done there. He is rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend giving them your business.
