I am so glad to have made the aquaintance of Cathi Lucas of Posh the Salon-she corrected a series of bad haircuts that I had been receiving at a less expensive, but closer, hair stylist. Cathi answers my styling questions, and makes very helpful suggestions. She is the consummate professional, and I am glad to have her. I recommend Cathi Lucas of Posh the Salon!

I have followed Cathi Lucas around Durham for about a decade, and I'm so excited that she owns her own salon now. She's amazing -- smart, funny, and talented -- I trust her so much that now I just tell her basically what I want and have her figure out how to do it. Posh's atmosphere and service are exactly what you'd expect from an up and coming salon, and I always love my hair when Cathi is done with it.

This salon is very upscale, without the extremely high prices. They have complimentary drinks and baked goods. The staff members are all very inviting and helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I will definitely go back!

Upon walking in to the salon you are treated to an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. They offer complimentary water, coffee, or beer and wine as well as free wi-fi. The processing bar in the rear of the salon is the perfect place to sip on a glass of wine and read. Melissa was very knowledgeable with color and offered several great suggestions for updating my look.
