After taking the time for a consultation and getting a recommendation from the stylist for the best stylist to perform the services I wanted, I went back to the salon a few days later. Learned that my appointment with the recommended (and scheduled) stylist was re-booked with another stylist. Should have never let the new stylist touch my hair. Left with wet hair and burning scalp. Was supposed to get color, but guess what? The first place she applied the color was DIRECTLY on the area that was burning. Enough for me! Yes, I could have stayed to get my hair dried and styled (perhaps), but I wanted nothing more to do with the stylist. Never plan to visit the establishment again.
