Darrin Blackmon, owner of The Relaxer Experts, has customer service down. He listens to and caters to his clients. I will tell anyone that sitting in his chair is one of my favorite places to be. It's a wonderful experience each time I visit. I currently live in Bronx, New York, but I have been a client since 2005. I return to Charlotte two to three times a year. Before I am scheduled to be in town, making an appointment with The Relaxer Experts is at the top of my list. The customer service is extraordinary, the staff members are very professional, the prices are affordable, and the wait time is limited. I would highly recommend The Relaxer Experts. The owner, Darrin Blackmon, is talented, personable, and timely. Hands down, I would give the business a 5 star rating.
