    HORRIBLE!
    I bought a living social deal for laser hair removal. I wish I just paid full price for a place that actually runs a business. I had to make NUMEROUS phone calls just to get in touch with someone to schedule an appointment and once I did have an appointment I got a TEXT message cancelling the appointment the day before. I called the office to explain that I had changed my work schedule around this appointment and had made the appointment weeks in advance because of it, but of course no answer. So I replied to the text and all I received back was the office will be closed, sorry for the inconvenience, we will contact you to reschedule. Well, now it has been a week later and I still have not heard from anyone and just tried calling to reschedule the appointment and AGAIN no answer and this time the mailbox is full. I get laser hair removal for other another area at 2 other businesses and have NEVER had such a terrible experience!

    Poor Business Ethics
    I purchased one service from Living Social and had questions... They were more then helpful to sell me more. At my appointment I waited a hour and during my session they told me they made a error in scheduling and would I mind rescheduling the rest of my treatment. I was understanding and made a appointment for later that evening. Well... they never showed up. I called and left a message and thought they would call me the next day with a explanation.. Nope, I had to continue to call them and decided to cancel my order. Well they agreed to give me a full refund. However I am still waiting!!!! I keep calling and leaving messages asking if they refunded my card and no one will get back to me. Not really sure of there services since I never got what I paid for.

    Amazing Service and Staff
    I just moved to the area and wanted to find a nice medspa and I found it with Skin Elements Medspa. The staff is very experienced and very warm. i would advise you to have your service done at this medspa.
