I purchase my wife a gift card for her birthday last month. When I entered, the front desk person greeted me immediately. Everyone had such a great attitude and they even took me on a tour of the location. So I was all for it. My wife came recently for here visit. She was ecstatic. She called me to tell me how much she was enjoying it. They even when out their way with complimentary wine and fruit. She really enjoyed here massage, facial and nail services. So I definitely will be getting us a couples package for Valentines Day. Thank you so much guys for the last minute gift!

Oh wow where can I start….I was in paradise the moment I walked in the door. Welcomed by friendly smiles and awesome music…I am sort of new to the area and went to my first spa in Charlotte, NC and was blown away. Although I was accompanied by others and the staff handled the large group well. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions asked. The music, food, aroma and atmosphere were great. Thank you so much Pure Body Spa for such a great experience...I will return!!!!

"I wore an afro for almost 4 years and wanted a change. A Pure Body Salon (or ‘Salon’) client referred me to Angie, and I took the ‘leap of faith’. The Salon Administrative Assistant greeted me immediately upon my arrival. I was early and expected to wait until my appointed time; however, Angie (my stylist and co-owner of the Salon) began my hairstyle transition as soon as she was aware of my arrival. The Salon’s interior décor truly reflected the photos posted on its website; it was clean, neat, inviting, and vibrant with color. The furnishings were comfortable and fashionable…even the sinks. (LOL) The music was pleasant – some nice jazz to help you relax and enjoy yourself, and the conversation was extremely hospitable. My hair looks fa-a-abulous! I have a ‘new attitude’, and I’m loving it! Thanks Angie!"

Ms. Gaddy, I personally love God 1st of all, as well as all our clients that comes to visit us and has never ripped anyone off. The day you visited our salon, you had many hair challenges which are confidential. At that time I had not seen you for many months. You received a $45.00 shampoo service, a reconstructive treatment valued @ $25.00, along with a cut & style @ $20.00 and you received $5.00 OFF. I'm an old client of Angie one of the owners and had not been to her in quite a while.I went back to her recently and all she did was cut and style my hair.The hair doo itself was not that good looking. It was average or below average.I was charged $80. She called it her signature cut.YEAH RIGHT.Nothing was signature about it.I was ripped off.I will never go back to her again. When I called her to complain and tell her how I felt. She was very arrogant about the situation and didn't care about how I felt. She brushed me off and hung up the phone.Some kinda customer service.
