I have never had jell nails before and the jell doesn't go to the edge of every nail, there is a small hole in one of them and one of them broke last night...I just got them done yesterday. The gal was sweet but the quality of her work was poor

| User Review - Carolyn D | Can hardly believe the previous reviewer and I were in the same salon!!!!!
Heard there was a bad review - had to see it for myself...I have been a client of Becky's for over 10 years. Not once has she been late, not once have my nails looked anything but perfectly done, and the prices are in line with most other professional salons. Becky and Laurie (the owners) are always professional, clean, friendly, accommodating, and go the extra mile for clients.
Not sure who the previous reviewer had do her nails - I know others have rented space occasionally - but, I am certain neither Becky or Laurie did this person's nails.
It's too bad she didn't complain on the spot, rather than write a review that wasn't deserving of the owners of the salon.

My husband paid $60 for a gift certificate for me to get a full set of nails. I went in after waiting two weeks to get a appointment and felt very rushed form the minute she started. I asked for french manicure and wanted gel nails. It turned out they only do arcrylic and a sloppy job. crooked nails, looked like they were ready for a fill immediately, lots of air bubbles, filled crooked, too small of a tip on two fingers, and a sloppy coat of clear paint that did not even completely cover the whole nails. Had to go home and paint to cover and then had to go on vacation feeling self concious about nails. Now I go to the nail salon in walmart and they do a wonderful job at half the price!!!
