New ownership when I went in August 2009. Took their time, but my pedicure, my only service done, was done poorly. Didn't razor my heels well at all, actually hurt at times. The old technicians were much better, but they all moved back to Viet Nam. The other customers were complaining as well. Just not the same quality of work. Sorry folks - need to improve!
