Almost Worst Pedicure Ever
First, appointment time was messed up - scheduled for a time, showed up, only to be told tech wouldn't be there for another hour so had to reschedule for two hours later. Then it turns out this is one of those places who don't have a real pedicure station - client sits in overstuffed armchair with portable foot spa. You have to lift your foot above hip level, keeping your knee straight - tech sits on a Ellington cart that keeps slipping farther away during entire procedure, meaning you are having to constantly shift position and slide down in chair just to stay in reach. Chair and tech are also in a hallway so people are constantly walking thru & she has to move to accommodate that. Technician used fingernail clippers on toenails - clearly having a hard time doing so. She also kept stopping to text. All if her supplies and tools were just piled on an Office chair she drug over next to her. Nail colors were on the wall between her desk and the armchair - clients have to step over wires and squeeze between
