| User Review - Kim A | Disappointing and rude customer service
Went to Cara Sue Hall for wedding makeup/hair trial. She did not listen to what we wanted and was very rude and unprofessional. Makeup application was basic and blah. Didn't know how to style my hair ..... So she didn't. That was worth the drive to Liberty.
So sad, "customer service" is at the bottom of her business motto.
