The phone staff is so polite and never forgets to call me to remind me of my appointment.
In July 2003 I went cheap and got a hair cut at a snip and clip. It was horrible, it looked as though someone had placed a box on my head and started cutting. I was humiliated. My friend suggested Naturally. I called and explained, in tears, my situation. The woman on the phone was so understanding and reassured me that they would be able to help. She set me up to have my hair cut by Manuel at the Crown Center salon. Not only did Manuel improve the hair cut but he made it look fantastic!!
i can honestly say, since that day, I have NEVER gone anywhere but Naturally and never seen anyone other than Manuel! He is a rock star!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair cuts, coloring, or waxing.
