| User Review - Pam Y | horrible color, customer service even worse!
The red headed receptionist is equivalent to the devil. She made me feel unimportant, stupid, and crappy. She was rude, disrespectful, and a know it all. When i informed her of her bad attitude she replied sarcastically, "I'm sorry u feel that way." I thought the color job was bad, but the customer service was even worse. I was mortified. When I asked to get my hair fixed, they blamed me for poor communication and inferred that my "bad" hair was also a reason why the color was so bad. They did not attempt to fix it until I broke down in tears. They didn't listen to my needs and spoke over me. when I left, I felt worthless, ugly, unimportant, disrespected, and hurt. I had been a client of ten years. I will never go back. This experience was truly mortifying. No one deserves that kind of cruelty. Emma should never be around ppl again. She should be locked away, far from any ppl or human life.
