Over a 2 year period Great Clips gave my preschool and school age sons acceptable haircuts. One time I had the manager trim my hair. When paying for it I asked her to recommend a product that would help manage how hard water effected my hair. Her answer, "We have anything." Her co-workers both turned around when they heard her answer. I asked again. "We don't have anything for that." she said again with surprised coworkers. I don't take my sons to her anymore.
