| User Review - Not Impressed | horrible experience
We came to the salon for my friend's wedding, and unfortunately it was the most unprofessional salon experience I've had. The staff were less than competent and some were rude. They tried to charge us more for our appointments that what was originally stated and the the prices they quoted us were higher than the prices posted on their website. I'm sorry to say that this experience left my friend, the bride, in tears on her wedding day, as the stylist could not figure out how to do her hair (after the trial run!!) and kept stating so. The end result looked nothing like the photo she brought in. Finally, the salon had run so far behind on our appointments that one bridesmaid could not get her hair done at the salon and had to do it herself. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for anything, especially a special occasion!

Please, especially soon to be brides, do not go to this salon! My friend went there not to long ago for her wedding and it was a total nightmare! They took over two hours to do her hair because they didn't know what they were doing-made her cry-and she didn't even like the end result. They are terrible stylists!!!
And they have the worst customer service. They will ONLY defend there salon and staff!
Ps. A few of the stylist previously worked at Master Cuts and Super Cuts-enough said!
