If you have been waiting for 20 minutes (which happened every time, but one), you are supposed to let a staff member know, and all they tell you is that it will be more time. The staff seems put out for scheduling appointments, especially if you HAVE been waiting and can no longer wait any longer. I do have to admit that I was 15 minutes late for one of my appointments, and was told that I would have to reschedule, and would have to get in a different line to do so. Very inflexible considering how flexible I had been with their lateness. I had been going to this clinic for about a year, but this last time was too much.
