NEVER get your haircut here!!! The lady who cut my hair (red headed lady who appeared to be the manager) was extremely rude, snobbish, and unprofessional. And she did and AWFUL and quite embarrassing job. She did the cut in about 2 minutes and just cut straight across snip snip snip. It's like she had never cut hair before and was rushing to get it done, not caring how it would look. Horrible experience.

I decided to check out this salon because i heard the color was so much cheaper than other salons. I like to get my hair colored but it is getting expensive to keep up with it at other salons. I was so happy with my color. the stylist actually listened to what i wanted and helped me figure out a new style, but also one that i can maintain better without feeling like i have to get it redone all the time. I paid about $40 less than i would have at my other salon...that is a huge savings! Plus, it is much better than what i have ever gotten before! I will tell everyone to go here!

usually I go to my regular salon for hair color but decided to give Fantastic Sams a shot this time as they had a coupon for color/highlights. I had the ombre technique done with a retouch on my main color and 2 highlights added in with a shampoo and trim. Trinity did an amazing job! It looks great and natural! She knows her stuff! I will be going back to her again! Thanks for a great experience!

Terrible haircut. I recieved a haircut there and the stylist had their own idea of what haircut was to be and didn't follow my ideas. I ended up with my hair twice as short as i had wanted and it was VERY odd-looking. The stylists can't even do the simple haircuts well (except Diana), I will never go back to this Fantastic Sams again.
