Absolutely the worst. He is the story. My daughter decided that she wanted to have her make professionally done for her prom. I suggested that she go to Secrets since her regular salon was full as were all of the other salons in Troy. She arrived for her appointment on 4-18 at 1:00 PM (so you can see that she was really there). She was only allowed to look at herself several times very early in the process, because "she made the makeup person nervous" by watching her work. There was a good reason for this because this person made her up to look like a clown. She cried all of the way home and her mother had to spend 15 minutes removing the crap that was applied to her. She is a light skinned blue eyed blonde, so when she came home with makeup so thick that her skin was a different color, her checks were blue and she had dark red lipstick so thick that it was beyond belief. It seems that she was this person's first guinea pig and she needed someone to practice her obvious lack of skills on. $50 out t
