My stylist was apparently unfamiliar with layers because when I sat in the chair she questioned why my hair was different lengths. We agreed that she would trim my hair; about 1-2 inches taken off. She, however, decided that my exceptionally thick hair did not need the layers anymore and cut my long hair to its shortest layer, taking off about 7 inches of my hair. She didn't even style my hair when she blowdried it, when I left my hair was frizzy and still wet. When I spoke to the manager of my dissatisfaction he said that I was over exaggerating and that my hair looked wonderful. This was the worst service I have ever received!
