I went in expecting an over the top service, what I received was less than poor. There was never a skin analysis done before beginning the "Customized Facial" service; by the esthetician or a verbal consultation with myself. Total time of my service 37mins., from the time she entered the room to the time the door closed, she was even late getting started because she need to get someone in before me, that had come at the wrong time. I was never asked how my service was until I checked out. When I told the spa manager of my experience she said thank-you for the feed back and how about 10% off the service, $8.50. I have had facials all over the country and this hands down was the worst service I have ever received, along with very poor customer satisfaction.
