If you are looking for a talented and knowledgeable stylist, I have been very pleased with the work Brittany from Glitz NXT (located on Baldwin Rd. by Old Navy) has done on my hair. I have been seeing Brittany for over five years now. I am always changing my hair color, cut and style and she always delivers beautiful results! My hair is also significantly healthier than before I started seeing her. Brittany has been able to recommend wonderful products for my changing needs as well as applying deep conditioning treatments when needed.
Prior to seeing Brittany I was doing my own eyebrows which were uneven and very hooked. She was able to completely transform them.
Most importantly of all, Brittany was there on my wedding day. She did the most beautiful job styling my hair as well as several of my bridesmaids. Thank you Brittany!!!

Recently, I made the very poor decision to color my hair at home and let’s just say that orange is not my color. I went to Glitz NXT and Brittany was able to fix my horrible mistake in just one visit. I left with my color beautifully corrected and I truly appreciated the hard work and time Brittany spent on my hair. Thanks Brittany!

Im a first time client and I was referred to Jess, She took the time to listen to me and give me EXCATLY what I asked for. Previous salons I've tried have not been able to satisfiy me. She gave me a cut that was perfect for my face. She also was honest with me and told me what I needed nor didn't need, for once i didnt feel pressured during a service I am getting. (felt like she was about me during my whole experience). I have never had a stylist do that before and it made my experience much more enjoyable, I walked out with a smile on my face.

Being local to the area, it has been great to find a stylist like Sami Jo. She is up on current trends, honest, easy to talk to, welcoming, and truly a professional. You can tell she enjoys her job and making people feel good about themselves! Glitz NXT is a welcoming environment, with extremely friendly staff who go out of there way to assist you with anything you need. Sami Jo also does amazing up-do's and you should not hesitate to book her for an event!!

Needed an emergency color a couple of months ago. I was in the GLC area, saw Glitz nxt and tried for a walk in appointment. The front desk put me with a girl.... I want to say her name was Sami. She was friendly and did a great job. I will return soon for a much needed cut and color.

I went to the salon to get a trim and have my layers shaped up. The layers were cut so that they were about 2 1/2 inches different left to right, and the layers on the right side of my head are about 6 inches apart. It kind of looks like a mullet, on one side of my head. The stylist also cut my hair with a razor - something you are not supposed to do with curly hair. The response I got when I called the salon was that the stylist was new, this happens and blamed it on my miscommunication with the stylist (as if I wanted a two inch difference from one side to the next?) and oh well. Bottom line - don't risk your hair there. My trim has turned into losing 3 inches off the length of my hair.
