I had my hair done there once and the stylist talked me into getting it dyed for the first time. He did a fair job. He told me to come back in 5 weeks and to touch up my roots would be 25. I call back in 5 weeks and the stylist doesn't work there anymore and they inform me to get my roots touched up would be $65. Shady business. Employees are not sharing legitimate prices and they were rude to me when I called back. I will never go near the store again

DYE Salon is the WORST!!!!! I wouldn't have even minded being at the salon for 4 hours if my hair looked good, but it was TERRIBLE!!!! My hair has a natural red tone, so stylists always want to make my hair red. I repeatedly made it VERY clear to Billy, the owner, that I did not want any red in my hair. I could not have made this more clear. After the blow out I was horrified when I looked in the mirror to see not only red, but a reddish/pinkish cast staring back at me. This is besides the very elementary haircut that I received. It was as if he just graduated from beauty school and had not learned the concept of blending yet. But even with all of this, the worst part of the experience was the atmosphere. Billy and the other stylists and assistants were bad-mouthing and gossiping about all of their clients. It certainly made me feel like the second I left, I would be the next topic of conversation.
I will NEVER got back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
