I've only had my braids for three weeks but they look old as if I've had them in for three months. The braids are falling out, loose or kinky. I've had braid many times before and this is the worst ever. the customer service was bad. After receiving the money (which was too much) they don't speak to he customers anymore. They spoke only their African language and watched African shows on TV all the time I was there. Even stopping to watch TV. Men were running in and out the back of the shop for four hours. I didn't get the type of braids I asked for. They told me after I complained that my hair was too long for those particular braids. They should have told me that when I requested them before paying money. There is really no pace to park and I got a flat tire. YUCK!
