    destroyed my hair
    I had them highlight and low light my hair, showed the girl a pic of what i wanted (was a pic of me when i previously had my hair done somewhere else) she stated no problem- of course she did the exact opposite of what i wanted so had me come in the next day to fix it.. i returned and asked the stylist if this would be ok to reprocess my hair again and she assured me it would be fine.. well, it wasn't she overprocessed my hair and over the following few weeks my hair started breaking off.. it has been since may and my hair is still not in the same shape it was prior to alpine hair and spa destroying it..... i had to go around all summer with my hair looking horrible i have been getting my hair done the same way for about 4 years and never had i had this happen in the past... I never returned to this salon...... and would not recommend it to anyone if they value their hair.
