Ming's been around a long time and it shows. She has always been gracious to me and treated me well. She told me that my hair was easy to cut and style. Well, for many stylists, it's not. I like being frugal, but I need a salon, because the cut rate places don't know how to work with my wavy hair. Only criticism is it's in downtown B'ham, so parking is limited. But the fact that I avoid downtown B'ham like the plague, and I specifically go there to see Ming should say something. The ambience is nice and I always leave smiling. I actually look forward to seeing her because she's a pro and she still keeps it fun.

| User Review - B. W | WARNING! NEVER GO HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICES
I can't believe I found this site. Madison bleu is AWFUL. Owner came in 2 hours late. Sat in back and ate breakfast before ever coming out to work on the 2 clients she had waiting. What in wrong with this woman? She has no respect or regards for her clients. She is the most unprofessional person I've ever met.
Also, Rhonda Walker the tv news person, walked in while I was in the owner's (Ming) chair getting my hair curled and this Ming asked me to get up so that she could do Rhonda Walker's hair because Rhonda doesn't like to wait. I said "hell no!" This Ming put Walker in another chair and did her hair. I just waked out with my hair half finished. I don't see how she stays in business. Nothing good will come to people like that

Was kept waiting 2 hours. Stylist Ming) finally arrived, but then stayed in back room for another 30 mins and never came out to address me. She finally got to me, but talked and text on her cell phone my whole visit. I have never been treated so rudely. Extremely poor customer service. I can't believe she owns this business. What a poor business woman. Now I hear that customers are leaving her salon. Wish someone had warned me before.
