| User Review - Kim P | Extreme Turnover - No 'professionals' on staff
In a little over 1 year, I've seen 3 office managers, and 4 receptionists.
This is NOT a plastic surgery salon, but rather a hair loss clinic. They provide low level laser therapy, extensions, an alternate Rogaine and glued-on, or weaved in 'toupe's'.
I found this place with a groupon. I gave it a year, as that is what they said it could take. I consulted with (I thought) a specialist when I started, only to learn it was an office manager. They did NOT keep any initial records to record my progress. Then they had so much turnover, it would have been impossible for anyone to know if I'd improved. When I didn't at nearly a year, they sold me Spectral DNC. I really don't think these people have any idea of what they are doing. If you want to regain your hair, I would not recommend this place.
If you want to cover a bald spot, they have some extremely expensive, but decent hair stylists here.

The staff isn't dressed professional. The stylist that serviced me. She looked like she was dressed for the club. I mean this is suppose to be a high end salon. My appointment kept getting switched around numerous times. And, I was never given an explanation why. The lighting in the salon is very "Dim and Drab." It is in need of major renovations. Also, they've raised their prices drastically! I willing be taking my business elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed.

Pleased with product I received as well as service. I felt comfortable while visiting Images International and I left feeling confident again.
