i went to this shop and recieved a great mani and pedi. the redheaded girl was very professional and had a wonderful personality. the only bad part about my experiance was , the other stylist had her children there ,running around ,they were dirty ,and very loud.the stylist was unproffessionally in her appearance,dirty unkept hair, dirty clothes, no makeup, looked like she just got out of bed .the owner of the shop was pleasent,and very professional,very acomidating to my needs ,asking if i wanted something to read or drink.she was very kind.i look forward to my next mani and pedi,without the children of course.

the friday before Thanksgiving i got the works done cut color pedicure waxing everything. Ellen did my hair and Amy did my pedicure and waxing i felt that i was treated like a queen that day i even asked my boyfriend to please get me a gift certificate for christmas and you know he did. So thank you ellen and amy for the amazing service i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELLEN'S HAIR WAVES for all of your beauty needs

Unlike what the previous review said this is a professional shop that takes takes the time to listen to what the actual customers wants rather than just give them a cookie cutter haircut they also do amazing pedicures and manicures

I had wanted to get highlights and lowlights in my hair. My hair is already blonde, so it is not that hard of a job. She ended up BLEACHING my whole hair, and putting ORANGE lowlights in it. A professional would know never to use bleach on hair that is already blonde because it destroys hair, and is completely unnecessary. When I called the next day to ask for it to be redone, she would not redue it, or refund my money. Ellen's husband said he would fight my boyfriend if we didn't get out of her store. Professional? Not at all. My hair was completely ruined for a good year after this because of the bleaching. I would reccommend hair cuttery over this place any day. They actually toned down my hair and changed my lowlights to a brown instead of orange.
