Went there for a color and a new cut. I wanted something different. Amy listened to what i wanted and it came out amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Love it!

Salon 101 charged me almost 200 dollars a week ago for a cut, color, and a few fun colored extensions
Extensions fell out with hours, not 4 weeks advertised
Cut was awful, and I told them while I was there, they blamed it on my bangs being poofy
Color was streaky while there, again pointed out, Stylist said she would go darker on my next service
Color service burned my scalp and hair required medical attention. Color now is orange and black
Stylist refused to deal with mistake, rude, abusive and attacking. Told me to deal with it myself.

Botched cut, bad color, burned scalp, glue stuck in my hair from failed extensions My roots are orange, my ends are black. My hair dry and brittle. The worst is my scalp which is tight, sore, and flaking with multiple patches of that are scabby or weeping. I have had my hair colored there before and with same brand. I have never had this happen
While the stylist dried my hair I cringed from the pain, the stylist said it was the hair dryer
I did try on several instances to communicate the many issues, and all I heard was that I'd get a refund for the extensions. No advice on scalp, hair color or cut.
I am postponing my work duties for the morning to go to another salon to get fixed up enough to be presentable. I was warned that it may not be possible to fix the color until my scalp heals

Salon 101 is a great place for the entire family. The prices are better than most salon's and it's easy to find and the parking is free!
