When Creative Cuts Plus first opened, I was one of Marly's first customers. Since then, I've never gone anywhere else. I'm now having medical issues and Marly is there for me, helping me make decisions that affect my comfort as well as my appearance. Five stars for Marly!!!

Terrible experience. The staff is not friendly. I went to this salon one month ago to schedule an updo for my upcoming wedding in July. There was only one stylist working and she came over to schedule my appointment. She told me she was booking my updo with Mayly (the updo queen). Well when I arrived the day of my wedding for my updo, I felt like an unexpected guest and much to my surprise Marly was not doing my hair, Erika was. Erika was friendly but she acted nervous and inexperienced. I had brought two photos with me of styles I had in mind for my hair, after showing them to Erika, she approached Marly to discuss them. I should have walked out the door right then and there. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the way my hair looked for my wedding day. :(

Never going back. She didn't even wet my hair to cut it. This is by far the worst cut I have had in 15 years. Too bad.
