I was a little nervous at first, admittly due to the fact it wasn't in my comfort zone of hair salons. But I got over that, and got the straightest relaxer in a while. My hair is pretty thin and sheds a lot, and the stylist made an excellent suggestion to me on which product would stop my loss. Wow very impressive, she could have said nothing and gone on finishing my hair. She did an good job, could have done it a little faster but overall a good job.
