I recently visited Baritz Wellness Center in Brockton for a full body massage from Tiffany Gilbert. The pressure on each area was great, and evenly focused. I am a current student in the field of massage therapy; Tiffany has been both very knowledgeable and completely supportive of my decision. I will definitely be back for more visits. Space is shared with chiropractors and a nutritionist, so a variety of services are offered in one stop. It is located on a pretty busy road, so while it is a little stressful getting into and out of the parking lot, it is relatively easy to find. Again, the massage was great.

My lower back bothers me pretty frequently, and I can usually keep it under control with stretching and chiropractic. Recently on a Friday night, my back was feeling stiff and sore. I knew I had an active weekend ahead and was concerned that I'd be spending a lot of time using my ice pack. I had the opportunity to get a therepeutic massage from Tiffany. She spent time with me beforehand to get an understanding of my problem. She listened and impressed me with her knowlege, explaining that if she worked on my legs and gluteal muscles (in addition to my back), it would help my low back pain. She was right. The massage felt great, and she was able to find tight spots in my muscles and work them out. She is skilled and professional, with a warm, caring, personality and strong confident touch. Tiffany is an excellent massage therapist. I felt so much better when I woke up the next day. I was able to get through the weekend comfortably without needing to use ice at all
